Easter Rocky Road
Rocky road is a type of no-bake slice made up of milk chocolate and marshmallows along with other ingredients, which tend to vary by country. In British influenced areas it was previously referred to as 'Tiffin' but the Australian/American name has now come to predominate in the UK.
This Easter Rocky Road is the perfect recipe to cook up for the holiday! It’s easy to make and it’s a great way to use up any leftover Easter eggs you might have. All you need is some chocolate, marshmallows, and mini eggs, and you’re good to go!
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pot of simmering water until smooth.
Break the biscuit up into small pieces and place it in a large bowl.
Add the marshmallows, pistachios, and mini easter eggs to the large bowl,
reserving some of each for decorating the top of the rocky road.
Pour the melted butter and chocolate into the large mixing bowl and combine everything together
Move the mixture into a lined baking dish, pressing it down so there are no air bubbles.
Decorate the top with the remaining ingredients as well as any other easter themed treats you have.
Place into the fridge to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Is Easter Rocky Road a Perfect Easter Dessert?
This is a question that is often asked, and the answer is not always straightforward. There are many factors to consider when deciding if a food is perfect for a specific occasion. For example, one important factor is how difficult the dish is to make. If a dessert is complex and takes a lot of time and effort to prepare, it might not be the best option for an event like Easter, which is typically a busy time.
Another consideration is taste. Not all desserts are universally loved, and some people may prefer something else for their Easter celebration.
